Returns

You can request a return within 3 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original condition and packaging.

To request a return, contact us on WhatsApp and send your order number or invoice number.

Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.

Exchanges

For exchanges, contact us on WhatsApp with your order number and the item you would like to exchange.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed using the applicable original payment method.
